1. Pricing has to be customer friendly.
2. Warranty policy should be clearly written on product description.
3. Seller is bound to serve the customer as per their given Warranty policy.
4. No defective products/scratchy products should be sold through website.
5. As an e commerce we will take 5% commission on the selling price from which 1% Will be paid to the payment gateway (if required).The seller will get 95% of his selling price.
6. If any seller violates their own customer service policy they will be banned from selling on this website.
7. In cash on delivery system, the payment of the product will be reached to the seller after the customer recieves their product. It could take 3-4 days depending on the payment gateway. But a product can be sold by advance payment by customer or by paying a down payment depending on the seller's selling policy.
8. Seller has to upload very clear photos of the product so that customer can easily take their decision.
9. A seller has to maintenance sku(stock keeping unit).If a product gets unavailable he must remove it from website as soon as possible to reduce customer hassle.
10. Notundeal reserves to change any decision on their behalf depending on the situation
